Oktoberfest Meets Football on Bayern’s New Floral Jersey

It is the most wonderful time of the year (in Munich)

Oktoberfest and football have become an unlikely but increasingly familiar pairing in Munich. Since 2021, Bayern Munich and adidas have marked the city’s biggest festival with a special jersey, turning a local tradition into one of the club’s most anticipated lifestyle releases.

For 2026, the tradition gets a more colourful treatment. The new jersey arrives in black, covered in a multicoloured floral pattern that takes cues from the multifaceted nature of the festival colorful, lively and diverse

The details keep the connection to Oktoberfest close: a dedicated FC Bayern Wiesn crest, the adidas Trefoil and an Oktoberfest reference on the back of the collar. The same floral aesthetic also carries into the accompanying lifestyle collection.

The jersey will be worn for one occasion September 18 against Union Berlin at the Allianz Arena making it as much a celebration of Munich culture as it is a football shirt.
