Latest on Sadio Mané– First Training Session

It has been few weeks since Sadio Mané signed for German giants Bayern Munich from Liverpool on a three-year contract. The 5ft8 30-year-old spent six trophy-laden and successful years at the Merseyside club. Mané’s transfer is one of the most high-profile Bundesliga moves ever. The former RB Salzburg man came in with much fanfare. He is arguably the most high-profile signing since Arjen Robben arrived from Real Madrid. The transfer fee was €41 million.

Upon his arrival in Bavaria, Mané said, “My agent told me that there were also inquiries from other clubs, but for me, the feeling was right from the start when Bayern presented their plan to me. For me, it was the right club at the right time.”

It remains to be seen if Sadio Mané comes to replace Robert Lewandowski, who continues to demand a move to Barcelona, or expand his team’s wing options. Whichever it is, he will bang in goals for his new club. His ability to play across all positions in the forward line will be a massive advantage for Julian Nagelsmann, a manager known for chopping and changing his team. Mané is an additional weapon to an already strong side. The Bundesliga is a ground for developing young attackers, but Mané arrives as a bonafide superstar – a player that elevates the league.

Mane attended the first training with the club today Friday with Neuer, Müller, Lewandowski absent and trained alongside fellow new signing right back from Ajax.

Senegal National Treasure- Love for his country

The Senegalese attacker captained the lions of Teranga to the AFCON 2021 title. He loves to keep his life private. His philanthropy is the only noteworthy part of his social life. Mané’s giving knows no bounds. He grew up in Bambali, a Senegalese village 250 miles from the capital Dakar. Mané is continuously giving back to his community.

In June 2021, Mané officially inaugurated a hospital he built for his home village that cost around €530,000 to the Senegalese government. In 2020, Mané told the Guardian, “I remember my sister was also born at home because there is no hospital in our village. It was a really, really sad situation for everyone. I wanted to build one to give people hope.” The hospital he built has a maternity center. He also built a secondary school for the community back in 2019.

In a recent interview with pro Direct Soccer France, Mane revealed the worst experience of his career which was at the AFCON when he suffered a serious head injury after a collision with Cape Verdean goalkeeper, he explained how he risked it all against medical advice and asked to be in the starting XI in the semis.

Who is Sadio Mane’s Girlfriend?

Despite his relationship status being unknown, Mané has been linked with Sky Sports’ senior Journalist Melissa Reddy despite no public confirmation from both parties. She is from South Africa, but she has Indian heritage. Also, there were rumours linking the former Metz man to South African Journalist Carol Tshabalala. The pair have been spotted together in public on multiple occasions. She was married to Solomon Manana.

A sport Journalist good at what she does.

Mane famously said, “I’ve seen a lot of girls asking me why I am not married, but sorry you might be wasting your time. The woman I marry will not be on social networks [Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,…]. I want to marry a woman who respects God and prays. Everyone has their own way of making their choice of love. “
