Aaron Ramsey has left Juventus after having his contract officially terminated, the Italian club have announced

Juventus have announced the mutual decision to terminate Aaron Ramsey’s contract which was set to expire in 2023.

The player signed for the Turin club in 2019 on a 4-year contract, but has disappointed massively due to his recurrent injuries. Juventus have now terminated his contract that had the former Arsenal man on a £400k-a-week salary.

A loan to Rangers FC for the second half of the 2021/22 season did not help him recover his best form. He missed the crucial penalty in the Europa League final shootout which Eintracht Frankfurt won.

Aaron Ramsey will now be available as free agent with PSG midfielder Leandro Paredes the main target to replace the Welshman. Nottingham Forest have shown an interest in the Welsh international, but we wait to see if any move will come out of their interest
