The Sheffield United defenders were perturbed from the beginning of the game till the end by his determination to create something out of nothing. He earned himself a 8/10 rating.

JAMES MADDISON : It was a good day at the office for the Leicester attacking midfielder. He was able to deal with the onus of controlling the intensity of the game in the midfield and went on to show his goalscoring prowess at Newcastle. No Jamie Vardy but there was Maddison to save the day as they won 3-0. A rating of 7/10 is well deserved.

GABRIEL JESUS: Pep Guardiola was delighted to end up with an elusive victory over Carlo Ancelotti’s rejuvenated Everton side. Gabriel Jesus was the star man for  Manchester City by scoring his team’s two goals. The ball seemed to obey most of the instructions his boots gave in the 2-1 victory. This 7/10 rating for his goalscoring dominance and his general contribution is what he deserves.

NICOLAS PEPE
: The record signing displayed a wonderful performance in front of the home fans against  Manchester United. The first goal of the game was scored by him after a good build up and link up play by the Arsenal team. Luke Shaw was at the receiving end of his countless number of tricks on the ball.
