AC Milan Run Riot Over Torino As They Seek To Ensure UEFA Champions League Qualification

Milan secured a big win this evening as they scored seven goals in Turin

Ac Milan took a big step towards UEFA Champions League qualification as they beat Torino by 7 goals to nil in Turin. Rampaging left-back Theo Hernandez opened the scoring in the 19th minute with an arrow of a shot from the edge of the Torino box before Franck Kessie forced Salvatore Sirigu into a save with a header from a Theo cross. Samu Castillejo hit the bar from the rebound shot.

In the 25th minute, Ante Rebic swiveled and set Castillejo through before Lyanco Lyanco took him out. Kessie stepped up and scored from the spot. The Ivory Coast midfielder will be pleased with himself after his penalty miss against Juventus last weekend. Hakan Calhanoglu playing unnecessarily deep nearly gave Torino a way back into the game by giving the ball to Simone Zaza in the box but Gianluigi Donnarumma saved his compatriot’s effort.

Early on in the second half, Kessie stole the ball and set up Brahim Diaz to finish to make it 0-3. Rebic then set up Theo who finished with a delightful chip for 4. The Croatian then went on to bag his hat-trick. Milan face Cagliari first before a daunting game against free-scoring Atalanta.
